helpful staff free transport unreliable wifi chewy bacon

The hotel staff was helpful. I appreciated the free transport to and from town. Breakfast had a wide selection of both hot and cold dishes. The golf buggy service was reliable, given the steep hills around the hotel.

The pool area seemed small and uninteresting. I also found that the wifi was unreliable throughout the entire area. The first shuttle to the beach did not leave until 11 am.

sea view breakfast choices inconvenient location taxi ride

i had a beautiful sea view room. it included a balcony with a day bed overlooking the bay. the breakfast choices were amazing!!! it accommodated all dietary requirements, a very nice way to start the day!

the hotel location is inconvenient.

noisy room inconsistent answer

the view from my "premier ocean large balcony" was fine.

The door kept slamming all night. i reported it, and the manager didn't care. the staff couldn't give one consistent answer. Each one said something different, and clearly, no one knows what they're doing. the hotel is old and loud.
